Modern Essentials Little Peaceful Essential Oil Blend is an all-rounder, soothing blend of mandarin, sweet orange, frankincense and Australian sandalwood that helps calm the mind, relax the body and promote feelings of peace. This blend is great to use at the end of the day to help your little ones unwind or prepare them for sleep. When nothing else works and everything is chaos, you can reach for this blend to help instil calm and joy in the home. This blend is suitable for children aged 2 years and older.

Benefits:

  • Helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety
  • Promotes relaxation, sleep and soothes the mind

  • May help calm tantrums

Blend:

Diffuser: Add 5 drops and diffuse for up to 30 minutes.

Topically: Use a 1% dilution. Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and massage.

Bath: Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil or castile soap and add to the bath.

Rollerball:

Roll onto the wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Avoid the face. Always patch test first.

Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil),

Boswellia serrata (Frankincense Oil),

Santalum spicatum (Sandalwood Oil).

Helianthus annuus oil (Sunflower Oil),

Prunus dulcis oil (Sweet Almond Oil),

Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Oil),

Glycine max oil (Soya Bean Oil),

Simmondsia chinensis oil (Jojoba Oil),

Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil),

Boswellia serrata (Frankincense Oil),

Santalum spicatum (Sandalwood Oil),

Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E),

Rosmarinus officinalis extract (Rosemary Extract).

Safety warning: For occasional use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on the face or near the nose or mouth.

Choking hazard: This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age to handle without adult supervision.

Is this suitable for children under 2 years old?

Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. However, it is still suitable for use in a diffuser.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Use this oil with care. It is best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (at a 1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Not to be taken. This blend has been developed for inhalation and topical application only.
