Tea Tonic Hemp Harmony Tea is a beautiful tea with three key ingredients; hemp, green tea, and roasted brown rice. 

This tea can help to support, enhance and stimulate healthy fats while helping with inflammation. Green tea is packed with antioxidants and hemp seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linoleic acid (omega-3).

Flavour: Buttery popcorn taste.

Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes for desired strength.
