Perfect Potion Essential Oil Blend Breathe Easy, to relieve congestion

This essential oil blend helps to relieve cold and flu symptoms such as nasal congestion. Helps soothe chesty coughs and sore throats. With eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint, pine, cedarwood, aniseed, ginger, spike lavender, tea tree and thyme essential oils.

This blend can be diffused, inhaled or in a chest and back massage. 

Possibly sensitising to some individuals. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin. Do not add to bath. Keep out of reach of Children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. Skin irritation may result with contact with undiluted essential oils

Room diffusion: Add 5 drops to your electric diffuser or oil burner.On the go: Add 1 or 2 drops to a tissue and inhale directly from the tissue or inhale directly from the bottle as often as needed. Take a deep breath and enjoy the refreshing and purifying blend.

Massage: Add 2 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil blend. Massage across chest and back.

100% pure essential oils of: eucalyptus polybractea (eucalyptus) oil, citrus limon (lemon) oil, mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, pinus sylvestris (pine) oil, cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedarwood) oil, pimpinella anisum (aniseed) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) oil, lavandula latifolia (spike lavender) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil, thymus vulgaris (red thyme) oil.
