Founded in 2019 by optometrist and mother Emily Fletcher, the Clean + Conscious Awards celebrate safe, honest and socially responsible brands. Finalists are independently assessed across four pillars:
- Clean - non-toxic, considered ingredients
- Ethical - Fairly made and ethically sourced
- Sustainable - kinder to the planet, now and long-term
- Responsible - positive impact on communities
Every finalist has also passed Our Kind Standard, our ETHICS check for eco-friendliness, transparency, ingredient integrity, caring values and sustainable practices.
