Ingredients
- Spring Onions
- Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Amazonia Tender Jack Smokey BBQ
- Hosion or Chilli Sauce
- Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds
- Bao Buns
Method
- Slice spring onion and cucumber into strips
- Heat sesame oil in a pan
- Add Tender Jack and cook through for a few minutes
- Leave as is or add hoison or chilli sauce
- Add sesame seeds, stir, then set aside
- Steam buns for 3-5 minutes. Then take out and carefully cut through the bun
- Spoon Jackfruit, add cucumber and spring onion (option to add in more hoison) into the bao bun
- You're done, enjoy!
