A little drizzle of oil goes a long way when it comes to making your favourite dips and dressings. Our ambassador, Brooke shows you how to make the perfect pesto sauce and hummus dip using Mt Elephant Hemp & Olive Oil Blend. Check out her quick and easy recipes below, they just spell FLAVOUR.

Recipe | Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- Large bunch of basil (several handfuls)
- Cashews (2 large handfuls)
- Mt Elephant Hemp & Olive Oil Blend (1/4 cup)
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Soak the cashews for 30 minutes.
- Once soaked, rinse and add to a blender or food processor with the basil and Mt Elephant Hemp & Olive Oil.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until combined.
- Add more oil as required.
- Store in a jar and top with extra oil to keep it fresh. Keep refrigerated.

Recipe | Hummus Dip
Ingredients:
- Can of chickpeas (rinsed)
- Tahini (1 Tbsp)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Mt Elephant Hemp & Olive Oil Blend (1/4 cup)
- Fresh lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
- Cumin seeds (large pinch)
- Water (1/4 cup)
- Celtic sea salt (pinch)
- Paprika (pinch & extra to sprinkle on top)
To make: Blend all ingredients together until smooth and top with a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of Hemp & Olive Oil.
