If you're a fan of ice-cream but are looking for something you can eat everyday and not feel guilty about, than you will love this nice cream recipe. We use the word 'nice cream' because it is. It's a healthier version of traditional ice cream that tastes nice and is nice for your body.
This vegan and dairy-free dessert is so easy to make and is the refreshing meal or snack your body will be shouting out for, to cool down during these warmer months.
Trust us when we say, it will be a huge summer favourite — so here's how to make it!

Prep time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
Protein Nice Cream
- 3 large frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate - Vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Choc Top
- 40-50 grams melted Vegan Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions
- Firstly, prepare the choc top by mixing melted chocolate and melted coconut oil together.
- Combine nice cream ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into a Coconut Bowl and immediately pour the chocolate sauce on top.
- Place in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or until completely set.
- Sprinkle with salt flakes (optional).
- Crack in and enjoy!
