Looking for a speedy breakfast recipe that is filling, healthy and delicious? This one's for you! Ulu Hye has shared their chai spiced oat recipe, with star ingredient — Nut Mylk Base. Pair your favourite hot brekkie with some sweet spices and enjoy a cozy morning, eating in!
Method
- Steep chai in boiling water overnight.
- Make milk by combining cooled chai tea and Nut Mylk Base into your blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
- In a pot, combine the chai milk and oats and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to fluff up.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with your favourites like maple syrup, nuts, dairy free milk and/or yoghurt.
