ECO. Modern Essentials With Love Essential Oil Trio includes 2 pure essential oils to help with relaxation and clarity, alongside a Women's Essential Oil Blend to balance and harmonise. This trio is a treat to either yourself or your loved one.

Includes:

Peppermint Pure Essential Oil:
A refreshing, sharp and menthol fragrance, excellent for mental fatigue and depression, and stimulates mental agility and improves concentration.

Lavender Pure Essential Oil:
A light, floral and woody scent, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities.

Women's Essential Oil Blend:
A beautiful blend of cedarwood, lavender, geranium and ylang ylang essential oils especially for women to help calm, balance and harmonise mind and body.

Benefits:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend two or all three essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add up to 2-3 drops of Women's Essential Oil Blend to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Mentha piperita (Peppermint Oil).

Lavender Pure Essential Oil:

Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin Oil),

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil).

Women's Essential Oil Blend:

Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood Oil),

Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin Oil),

Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium Oil),

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil),

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil).

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Peppermint essential oil is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy if desired.

Is this suitable for children?

Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
