Womens blend is lovely, during time of month I add it to a massage oil and rub over abdomen to try to ease cramping. Might be placebo affect but either way it smells nice and helps me to relax.

Eco Essential Oils are the best quality EOs I've found, and they are much more cost effective than certain MLM brands as you're buying directly from their Australian business. I've used these three oils in diffusers and DIY roller balls, as well as in massages. The lavender is relaxing and has a delightful scent, the Women's Blend has been helpful for relaxation and that-time-of-the-month cramps, and peppermint is my go-to for headaches (and Eco's is by far the nicest smelling). Despite what other reviews suggest, all of their oils are extracted the proper way (steam distillation mostly, or cold pressing for the citrus ones) and are honestly amazing. I own half of Eco's range now and would recommend to anyone interested in trying EOs.

not for aromatherapy use as oils smell like they have undergone a crude solvent based extraction, which leaves an oily residue and minerally smell. Great for general household cleaning and a natural pest spray, but i dont recommend using in a diffuser or body products. If you want to then i recommend spending twice the price on a steam distallation or cold pressed essential oil from better brands. Lavender oil in this batch is mixed , coming from an inferior lavender latin genus and a high quality one, not a good sign...
