Ethique Tone It Down Brightening Purple Conditioner Bar is a vegan conditioner bar for blonde, white and grey hair to brighten and keep any yellow tones at bay.
Formulated with organic, virgin, fair trade cocoa butter along with a host of other ingredients like jasmine oil for nourishment. Brightening purple pigments and a dash of beetroot powder give this solid conditioner toning superpowers, while the addition of cocoa butter and babassu oil nourish and add lightweight shine.
This conditioner bar weighs 60g and gives the same amount of washes equivalent to 5 bottles of liquid conditioner.

A little bit hard to apply, very firm and doesn't lather very much, but it conditions really well despite this and left my hair looking and feeling really nice and it does last a long time. Would recommend putting it in a mesh soap bag to apply a little bit more easily.

First ever conditioner bar I've bought, has a different feel to bottle conditioner and you don't think you have enough on but you do. Works well on the lighter colours through my hair, but haven't had issues before with my dyed hair.

I have grey hair and the normal blue shampoo and blue conditioner tend to dry it out. This little blue bar is great, combined with Ethique shampoo bar it works a treat.

Such a good product. I only use it every couple of weeks but it really helps in keeping my highlights light. Really helpful during these times when trips to the hairdressers are far and few between. I mix my use up between the purple options with ethiques healthy kiwi shampoo & wonderbar conditioner

If you have blonde or grey hair then this is worth having. I use it occasionally to tone down any yellow and use my other Ethique conditioner in between.

My colour treated heat hair appreciates this product.
A little adjustment from using bottle based products.
A tad challenging if you have fine motor skills issues, as I do.
Will persevere.

As my first step into conditioner bars to try and minimise my eco footprint, I am so pleasantly surprised how easily this has slipped into my life! Just keeping it on a soap dish out of direct water, it's still in perfect condition and is going to last for ages. Plus it smells great and leaves my hair feeling soft. Fits perfectly on my soap dish with my body wash and shampoo bars also from Ethique. Not sure it makes much difference as a purple conditioner because of how small an amount you use, and also think I need more than is suggested, but I really like using it!

I decided to give into the grey and bought this conditioner to help with keeping my hair shining and interesting. It certainly delivers. So easy to use, easily detangles my hair and leave it soft, shining and bouncy. Loving being grey now! Will try the shampoo bar next time I order.
