Pump a small amount of the oil into your palms and rub together to warm. Mindfully massage onto freshly cleansed skin, starting from your neck, working down towards your feet.

In Ayurveda, the ritual of self massage, known as Abhyanga, is a daily act of self care recommended for optimal results. Ayurveda encourages us to slow down and nurture both body and mind, especially during times of internal movement, such as menstruation.

For enhanced relaxation, add a few drops into a warm bath and enjoy the scent while you bathe.
