This Kegel weight is clinically designed to strengthen and re-educated weak pelvic floor muscles that control bladder function. It has a comfortable design that is easy to insert and wear.
Simply holding MEDIballs inside the vaginal passage starts resistance training, no guesswork or tricky exercises required. After training with the single MEDIballs, you progress to the double MEDIballs. This progression differs for everyone, on average most move to the double MEDIballs after 2-3 months.
