Love Tea - Kapha Loose Leaf Tea (100g)

You will love this Ayuvedic blend if you feel you resonate most with the Kapha dosha. Kapha dominant individuals are typically of medium to strong build, peaceful, content, stable, grounded, loving and calm. Out of balance, this dosha may present as unmotivated, sluggish and lethargic. This blend includes herbs such as Siberian ginseng, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, traditionally used to stimulate and support stamina and vitality.

  • Black pepper enhances the absorption of the curcumin in the turmeric and supports circulation and digestion.
  • Cardamom helps balance Kapha constitutions by aiding digestion and offering warming properties.
  • Ginger is warming, stimulating, and invigorating, helping support circulation and reduce stagnation.
  • Siberien ginseng stimulates and supports energy production.

Ingredients for this blend are sourced from India, Indonesia, China, Egypt, Sri Lanka and Guatemala – and hand packed with care in Victoria, Australia. 

Packaged in a post consumer recycled box, and kept fresh in fully compostable clear pouch.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
