Formulated with eleven high performance botanicals, vitamins and minerals including saffron, Shatavari, curcumin, ashwagandha, magnesium and zinc.

Mix one scoop (4g) once or twice daily into water, juice or a smoothie and consume immediately.

Recommended to take twice daily in the week before your period or when experiencing more frequent symptoms.
