ECO. Modern Essentials Australian Shores Essential Oil Blend is a gorgeous blend of lemon, eucalyptus, vanilla and tea tree to find your own tranquillity. Inspired by natural Australian botanicals and native plants, this subtle scent will transform your home or office into a relaxing inner sanctum.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Citrus limon (Lemon Oil),

Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus Oil),

Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree Oil),

Vanillin.

Sun exposure warning:

When applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

This blend contains eucalyptus which is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

This blend contains eucalyptus which is not recommended for children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Use this oil with caution around pets. Never use it topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns, contact your vet.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
