ECO. Modern Essentials Sleep Essential Oil Blend soothes you to sleep with its beautiful combination of mandarin, lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang and chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to help you relax, release body tension and calm the mind to encourage quality sleep.

Benefits:

  • Helps reduce stress and anxiety
  • Promotes quality sleep, relaxation and soothes the mind
  • May help lower heart rate and blood pressure

Blend:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck before going to bed.

Rollerball:

Apply to wrists, temples or back of the neck.

Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin Oil),

Boswellia serrata (Frankincense Oil),

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil),

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil),

Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile Oil).

Rollerball:

Helianthus annuus oil (Sunflower Oil),

Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Oil),

Prunus dulcis oil (Sweet Almond Oil),

Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin Oil),

Boswellia serrata (Frankincense Oil),

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil),

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil),

Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile Oil),

Glycine max oil (Soya Bean Oil),

Simmondsia Chinensis oil (Jojoba Oil),

Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E),

Rosmarinus officinalis extract (Rosemary Extract).

Avoid direct sunlight. Do not apply on broken skin. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

This blend contains German chamomile and rosemary (rollerball), which are not recommended for use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Citrus essential oils are not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
