How to Choose Your Size
Whilst there are no hard and fast rules for selecting a model size, model selection is generally based on flow, childbearing history, and cervical position, but many other factors such as anatomy, age, and pelvic floor tone may influence your cup size selection.
- Mini: Recommended for teens or those who need a smaller size. The diameter of the OrganiCup menstrual cup Mini is 37 mm by 44 mm in length. The stem measures 14 mm. The volume of the cup is 17 ml.
- Model A: Recommend if you have a light-medium flow and have not given birth. The diameter of the OrganiCup menstrual cup model 1 is 40 mm by 50 mm in length. The stem measures 15 mm. The volume of the cup is 25 ml.
- Model B: Recommend if you have a medium-heavy flow or have given birth. The diameter of the OrganiCup menstrual cup model 2 is 45 mm by 55 mm in length. The stem measures 15 mm. The volume of the cup is 30 ml.

I needed a second cup to have in my bag and for heavier flow and this is perfect. Be aware it is a bit stiff in the beginning but after you boil it a few times it softens up and is easier to use

Menstrual Cup
Ive been using this menstrual cup for a few months now and for the most part it works well. It took me a while to get the fit right but I'm getting better at it. Sometimes I still get leaks but its most likely due to fitting it right. I like how it creates less waste. I use it in conjunction to cloth pads. Feels comfortable once inserted, i.e. I generally dont feel it at all. Would recommend.

This is amazing! It took me a while to try menstrual cups, mainly because inserting a cup sounded a bit too much... But it really is no hassle, once inserted correctly I can forget about the cup, changing pads, leaks and everything!
I first tried 'C fold' but found out 'punch down' works better for me. I also cut the stem off. Now it is like I'm not wearing anything :)

I read reviews an decided on this one!... I was so excited as I get a heavy period especially after my 4th child, I was so sick an tired of staining sheets an pjs I decided to try a cup, once arrived it had details for their website to watch instructions and answer any questions, I was a little concerned about inserting and removing but by day 2 had it down pack has been best thing money could buy, no more leaks or trying to find some where to change, can enjoy swimming, my only complaint is I WISH I PURCHASED ONE YEARS AGO!!!!!!!

Why oh why didn’t I get a menstrual cup sooner, what a game changer. It’s a bit fiddly at first but you start to get the hang of it! It is thicker than I thought it was going to be but you can’t feel anything once it’s in place!

Not about to make any claims here but my first period using this cup was so painless. Usually with tampons I'm in constant pain and I just thought it was normal due to what was going on. The cup was a bit tricky first couple of goes and leaking was an issue until I figured it out! Fairly simple to clean and so convenient!

I can't give this product 5 stars because I had to stop using it. I thought I had a heavy flow but I was wrong and the cup was uncomfortable. I also found out afterwards I have a low cervix so the cup was very uncomfortable and I haven't used it again.

I purchased this cup as a replacement for the one I'd been using for several years.
I find the rim of this cup to be somewhat rigid and thick and care needs to be taken during removal when flow isn't very heavy or it can be painful and could possibly cause a tear.
For me, the stem is the perfect length, I didn't need to trim it, but flat stems found on other cups make removal easier. This is obviously just a personal preference and NOT to say that removing the OrganiCup (with its thin stem) is difficult.
Menstrual cups are terrific and I urge anyone who is comfortable with using tampons to give one a try.

This is the first and only cup I've had. Bought for the price point and was new to the cup but I've been using it for 2 years now and it's good as new. Took a few months to get used to using.

Easy to insert and remove product, comes at a great price, in perfect packaging. I am not a tampon fan at all due to discomfort no matter what it seems, so I was dubious about trying a cup as I've just never liked tampons. I emptied a few times during the first day, mainly just to learn the way it will work for me, and after 3 or 4 swaps, I was finding it even easier and more comfortable when in. First day I used it along with period undies aswell incase any leaks, but turns out it was unnecessary. I'm glad I made the switch and am happy with the product. Slight discomfort may just always be a thing for me but it is definitely less with the cup, and it has ongoing and multiple benefits. So it is the product for me in the long run.

This is the first menstrual cup I have used and I think it is fantastic.
I chose the OrganiCup because it had such great reviews and I liked that it came in recycled and plastic-free packaging.
Once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to insert and remove, although like others have stated, I did have to trim back the stem.
Once it’s in there’s no discomfort and I could easily forget that it is there.
Love that I can wear it for 12 hours and better yet, knowing how much better it is for the environment.
Would definitely recommend!

First time using a menstrual cup and I was really happy with this product! Really easy to insert as it's quite flexible and didn't have any troubles popping open. Really comfortable to wear at night. Would definitely recommend!
