  1. Add water: Simply pour tap water into the top tank.
  2. Pre-filtration: Water passes through a ceramic dome filter, capturing rust, sediment, and bacteria.
  3. Advanced multi-stage filtration: The water flows through layers of activated carbon, zeolite, and other filters, removing chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, and other contaminants.
  4. Remineralisation: After filtration, the water sits among zazen’s natural mineral stones in the bottom tank, where it’s naturally rebalanced with essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
  5. Magnetic structuring: Finally, the water flows through a magnetic tap, structuring the water for enhanced absorption and hydration.

Material and quality: The zazen glass bottom tank is made from high-quality borosilicate glass, a durable material composed of silica and boron oxide. Known for its ability to withstand temperature changes, this glass is ideal for water filtration systems.

Colour and safety: The light blue colour of the Zazen glass tank is achieved by adding a small amount of cobalt to the molten glass. The tank is free from heavy metals like lead and cadmium, ensuring safe, pure drinking water.

Filtration components:

  • Ceramic pre-filter: Made from highly compressed, kiln-fired diatomite earth.
  • Multi-stage filter cartridge: Features a double bed of high-quality, silver-activated coconut carbon, activated zeolite, bio-ceramic pi & FIR balls made from diatomaceous earth and mineral oxides, natural silica sand, and activated alumina for arsenic and fluoride reduction.
  • Natural mineral stones: 1kg of grey mineral stones and 500g of brown/red colloidal silver-treated stones.
  • Alkalinity enhancers: A 100g pack of magnesium and calcium-based alkalinity enhancers.
  • Magnetic tap: Equipped with a 1200 gauss magnetic tap for added filtration benefits.
