Magnesium Daily Gel Roll-On

Finally an easy to use topical magnesium! No mess, no greasy application and instant absorption. Great for travel or to reach for in the middle of the night for leg cramps. I will definitely be buying this again and telling friends about it.

Convenient and easy to apply, works well. I like this roll on because I can pop in my bag for when I need it or travel with it.

I've used this product once before and found it very effective for arthritic pain and restless legs. Sadly, this time it is causing a rash.

I use a little on the tops of my feet to help me fall asleep at night and a little on my lower back, neck, arms or shoulders if I wake up with any aches in the morning - it really does ease the aches! Just be careful not to get any on open cuts as it can sting.

Although I have only used this product once I am amazed at how quickly and effectively it cleared my post workout muscle cramps. I have tried spray in the past and find little if any effect. The idea of a roll on application of gel is wonderful....it has the consistency of liquid aloe and a slightly epsom/salty smell. A little really does go a long way and you can easily rub it into your skin with a relatively quick absorption rate. Very glad I gave this product a try...it did not cause any skin irritation or itching which I have gotten from spray products in the past. It shall now be my go to magnesium fix.

So happy to have found this for my chronic neck and back pain! Helps during shifts at work and at bedtime when the pain is sharp. Does make my sensitive skin itchy though.

This is now my second bottle. I had a few days in between finishing the first and starting the second and lots of aches and pains returned which demonstrated that this magnesium oil is helping.

I have only been using this for a couple of weeks but it seems to be helping with restless legs at night and also with pains in the neck and back. It is not sticky and doesn't smell so can be used anytime of the day!

Works instantly, I've used the spray bottle before but find the roll on easier to apply.

A great product that works really well on sore muscles

I would recommend this product for anyone who suffers from muscle cramp. When I first purchased this magnesium gel I was sceptical and thought I was being "up sold". However after a five hour run and on the way home in the car I cramped up severly in both legs, so I used the roll-on and got immediate long lasying relief and couldn't believe how effective it was. I find Magnesium applied topically is hugely more effective than when taken orally. I have recommended it to both my daughter and my niece for cramps durung pregnacy and they have told me that it works better than anything else they have tried.

Recommended to me by a friend I purchased my roller over a year ago and still have plenty of it left. I use it at the base of my neck, temples and shoulders to help with tension headaches/migranes and find it works great. When I have trouble sleeping I also find rolling some onto the soles of my feet and calves helps immensely. Bonus was that it is pregnancy safe and my midwife ok'd using this over any deep heat products and I found it was more effective!
