Elate’s EyeLine Pencil are vegan and cruelty-free, made with low environmental emissions and COSMOS certified ingredients. This eyeliner offers a smooth application with a long-wearing hold on your eyelids, brows or eyeliner.
Hearth is a neutral brown with a natural-matte finish.
Made with PEFC Certified Cedarwood and a corn-derived lid.
