It acts as a barrier against elements and is a great all round natural skin moisturiser. Use sweet almond carrier oil to apply essential oils to the body, without the risk of irritating the skin.

Benefits:

Massage: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 5ml of carrier oil.

Rollerball: For a 2% dilution, add up to 6 drops of essential oils to 10ml rollerball. Add up to 15 drops to a 25ml rollerball.
