An organic, fairtrade tea containing a floral blend of Chamomile, Spearmint and Ginger to help relax and soothe the mind and body. This tea is caffeine-free and there are 20 Tea Bags in a Box. 

  • Chamomile - Helps to relieve insomnia and encourage a restful night's sleep
  • Spearmint - Fantastic source of iron to help provide cells with oxygen and boosts natural energy levels
  • Ginger - Soothing and calming properties to help positively affect physical, emotional and mental health

Certified organic by The Soil Association and Fairtrade International. 

Steep tea in boiling water (100°c) for 3-5 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Organic chamomile (33%), organic spearmint (17%), organic ginger (16%), organic basil (10%),organic amalaki(phyllanthus emblica)(10%),organic guduchi (tinospora cordifolia)(9%),organic marjoram(4.5%), organic vanilla (0.5%).
