Formulated with ten high performance botanicals and minerals including saffron, curcumin, ashwagandha, astragalus, black cohosh, hops and magnesium.

Mix one scoop (4g) once or twice daily into water, juice or a smoothie and consume immediately.

Recommended to take twice daily in the week before your period or when experiencing more frequent symptoms.

Store below 25°C away from heat and light. Ensure the lid is tightly fastened after each use.

Each dose contains: Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) ext. dry conc. 50 mg, from dry rhizome 200 mg. Astragalus membranaceus ext. dry conc. 200 mg, from dry root 2 g. Crocus sativus. (Saffron) ext. 28 mg equiv. to dry stigmas 84 mg. Curcuma longa (Turmeric) ext. 61.5 mg equiv. to dry rhizome 4 g. Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc. 200 mg, from dry fuit 1.5g. Magnesium (as glycinate dihydrate) 100mg. Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) ext. 333.3 mg equiv. to dry flower 2 g. Piper nigrum (Black pepper) fruit ext. 20 mg equiv. to dry fruit 410 mg. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. 240 mg equiv. to dry root 3 g. Zinc (as glycinate) 5 mg.

Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
