Looking for a healthy treat with a naughty taste? You have to try this Vegan and No Bake Rocky Road Protein Recipe. It's a healthier snack and a great way to add more protein into your diet!

Ingredients
For The Bar:
• 3 Tbsp peanut butter
• 40grams Chocolate Protein Powder
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 75gms vegan chocolate (melted) We used Vego Chocolate Melts
For The Mix Ins:
You'll need 1x cup of mixed rocky road goodies. We chose:
• Soy crisps (20gms)
• Dried cranberries (20gms)
• Unsalted peanuts (20 grams)
• Pistachios (10 grams)
• Dandies Mini Vanilla Vegan Marshmallows (to fill the cup)
Method
- Combine melted chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup and protein powder in a bowl and mix
- Mix in your rocky road mix ins
- Press all the mixture into a small tray lined with baking paper
- Freeze for 10 minutes to firm up mixture (this helps with cutting the pieces)
- Cut in pieces. We did 10 small pieces
- Optional - drizzle with some more melted chocolate
- Enjoy!
We absolutely love rocky road, even more so now that we can grab a bit of extra protein in our diets. This recipe is super quick and easy to make, we definitely recommend you try!
