Fancy a rhubarb and peach crumble? Our ambassador Alicia, has whipped up this mighty fine looking dessert! If you like your sweets with some tang and crunch, then you will love this recipe. Follow along!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch organic rhubarb, chopped into chunks
- 5-6 organic peaches, chopped into chunks
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cups Loving Earth Buckinis
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c and grease or line a circular baking dish.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the coconut oil, rhubarb and peaches, simmering on a low heat for 15 minutes until soft, but still holding its shape.
- Pour the rhubarb and peach mixture into the baking dish, and sprinkle the Loving Earth Buckinis over the top, ensuring to cover it evenly.
- Bake for 30 mins or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favourite plant-based custard or ice-cream.
