Dukkah is a Middle Eastern and Egyptian nut, seed, and spice blend that has a warm, toasty, nutty flavour and crunchy, crumbly texture. This dish is traditionally served with bread and olive oil for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup coriander seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds
- Handful of pistachios
- Handful of walnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- Hemp Gold Seed Oil
- Bread (for dipping)

Method
- Blend all nuts and seeds into a food processor or nutri bullet, until chunky.
- Pop mix into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, pour in enough hemp seed oil to dip in your bread.
- Cut up your bread into slices and dip into the oil, then dukkah and enjoy!
