Just Wholefoods Organic Falafel Mix

Just Wholefoods' falafel mix is a classic middle eastern recipe combining chickpeas, coriander, cumin and garlic. They're easy to make and pair great with pita bread and the salad of your choice. Make them into flavourful balls or patties and customise them to your taste.

You'll need:

To make:

1. Empty the sachet into a bowl and add 125ml of boiling water, 1 tbsp sunflower oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir well and leave to rest uncovered for 10 minutes.

2. Shape into round balls or patties (approximately  8)

3. Fry your falafels in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes until golden. Serve with a sprinkling of sea salt and a little more lemon juice
