Hummus is one of our favourite go-to foods. It is packed with protein and it is delicious. It is also one of the easiest things to make and we think it tastes a lot better than store bought.
Our recipe for hummus is simple - really simple - but oh so yummy. With most hummus recipes you use tahini, but we don't. We actually think it is really tasty without.

Method
- Put everything (besides hemp oil) in a food processor and press go!
- We add the olive oil as we go until we get a consistency we like. Frequent tasting as you blend is crucial!
- Put in a large bowl and we garnish with parsley and drizzle hemp oil round it. The hemp oil adds a really nutty taste to the hummus. Hemp oil is also an amazing source of Omega 3, 6 and 9!
- We serve with toasted flatbread, carrot sticks, celery stick and olives.
