Coffee Coconut Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight oats are currently trending and why wouldn't they be? They're versatile, easy to prepare and have high nutritional value.

If you're an on-the-go person, overnight oats is a no brainer! The fact that you prepare it 'overnight,' makes it  super easy to skip the hassle of making breakfast in the morning, whilst still ensuring you start the day off with a nutritional meal.

What's better — is that with this recipe we are combining your love of coffee and breakfast together!

Ingredients

1 serve of Nuzest's Clean Lean Protein Coffee Coconut 

2 tablespoon of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

½ cup of oats

1 cup milk of choice — Ulu Hye offers Almond Mylk, Hazelnut Mylk and Hemp Mylk

Toppings of choice — we used boysenberries

Overnight OatsOvernight Oats

Method

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a jar and stir to combine
  2. Pour in milk and mix well
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight
  4. In the morning add toppings of your choice
  5. Enjoy!

We all know oatmeal is good for you, but after overnight oats have soaked 'overnight,' they become more digestible and help you to absorb those good nutrients even more. Which is pretty cool! So after eating this high fibre brekkie, expect to feel satisfied and fuller for longer.
